BARDS NRV is an annual membership from January - December. The cost is $175 plus one interesting bottle for the kitty. This membership fee includes food and drink for ten events during the year, including the annual Christmas party for the member. Guests will be covered for their first visit. If they decide to join for the year, their rate will be prorated
